The 5160 blade is thick enough to dig a furrow, trim kindling, cut steel mesh and stylishly carve grilled meats, often on the same day. Handle keeps you indexed and facilitates a strong, steady grip. Version pictured includes a bolster, fitted grip, lanyard hole, and copper spacers in the handle.
